Quickbooks

Quickbooks is used to automate most manual tasks that people have to repeat over and over again in order to save time. Processes normally done by hand, such as balance sheets and income statements, Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable reports, Sales and purchases reports, Account registers, the customer and vendor reports, inventory reports, and sometimes payroll reports, are examples of the tasks that QuickBooks automates.

Quickbooks and other programs have been making the accounting process about as easy as writing out a check, and people who have no experience in accounting can do advanced accounting methods.

Of course, having experience in Accounting should be necessary. You can not always depend on the program to teach you everything, and if you had experience, you should probably have an even easier time using the programs such as QuickBooks and Peachtree.
